Jennifer Czirr enters her second season as assistant coach under second year head coach Jackee Meadow.

Czirr played under Meadow for four seasons at Hunter College, helping the Hawks win a pair of City University of New York Athletic Conference championships during the 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 campaigns. In addition, Czirr also had the opportunity to play on the national arena participating in two NCAA Tournaments. Prior to her junior season, she was named one of the team captains, and played a role in helping lead the Hawks back to the CUNYAC title game.
