Tayfun Kucuk was named CCNY's Male Athlete of the Week for his terrific performanes in the Beavers' pair of conference victories during the period of Monday, October 11th-Sunday, October 17th.

This past Wednesday in a 3-0 home victory over the Bloodhounds of John Jay College, the Paterson, NJ native recorded a shutout with three saves. Then, in a 4-1 victory over Lehman College this past Saturday, he recorded four saves and allowed just one late goal as he lowered his GAA in conference games to 2.16.
