The City College of Ney York Athletics

It is the policy of the City College of New York Department of Athletics to adhere to all applicable NCAA and CUNY Athletic Conference and college rules and regulations in the conduct of its athletics programs.   As a member of NCAA Division III, we must meet the standards of institutional control and uphold the rules and regulations mandated by the NCAA.  It is the responsibility and obligation of all athletics department staff members to act within all applicable rules and regulations at all times. All athletics department coaching and administrative staff members are required by NCAA bylaws to sign the NCAA Certification of Compliance annually. 

This site will help provide our enrolled student-athletes, prospects, institutional staff members, and boosters information concerning the rules of the NCAA and the CUNY Athletic Conference. Our philosophy is to “ask before you act” so the eligibility of our department and student-athletes is not jeopardized by violating any rules.
