Bronxville, NY - The City College men's volleyball team completed its 2017 campaign by sweeping the Sarah Lawrence Gryphons in straight sets (25-14, 25-19, 25-15). 

Senior Oleksandr Boychuk had a career-high 12 kills, along with seven digs and two aces in his final game in Lavender & Black. Freshman Carlos Maldonado Madrid had 12 kills, eight digs and two aces. Junior David Cham had a match-high 28 digs and six digs. Freshmen Seth Diaz added a match-high of three solo blocks for the Beavers in the win. Freshmen Christoper Lee ended with five kills in the game.

CCNY combined for 52 points, 40 kills, 35 assists, 30 digs, eight aces and four blocks in the match.

CCNY ends the season with a 9-16 (2-6 CUNYAC) record.
