NEW YORK, NY – The No. 2 seeded CCNY men's volleyball team fell to the No. 3 Baruch College Bearcats in the semifinals of the CUNY Athletic Conference Championship on Friday evening.
Xhulio Myftari posted a match-high 19 kills, 10 digs, five blocks, and two aces.
Carlos Maldonado Madrid connected on five kills, along with five digs and three aces.

Abdullah Khalid finished with four blocks while
Elijah Parks had five kills.
Hei Chun Chan led the team with 27 assists.

Javier Lazo each had seven digs apiece.
The Bearcats jumped out to a 17-10 advantage in the first set, leading to them taking the set 25-14. CCNY bounced back in the second frame, coming out on top 25-17.
In the third set, the Beavers pulled out a 25-17 victory and edged out the Beavers 25-23 in the fourth set.
