DOYLESTOWN, PA – The City College of New York women's soccer team traveled to Delaware Valley for a non-conference matchup on Saturday night.  CCNY (0-2-0) was unable to earn its first victory of the season, however, as the host Aggies (3-0-0) came away with a 7-0 win at James Work Memorial Stadium.

Delaware Valley got on the board first when Jess Williamson found the back of the net in the 17^th minute.  CCNY goalkeeper Rosario Baltazar (Bronx, NY) kept it close, though, making three saves in the opening 45 minutes and sending the teams into the locker room with the score still 1-0 in favor of the Aggies.

A pair of goals less than a minute apart early in the second half extended Delaware Valley's cushion to 3-0.  The Aggies, who outshot the Beavers 27-6 (including 13-2 in shots on goal), added four more tallies to finish off a 7-0 victory.

For Delaware Valley, Williamson had two goals and two assists, while goalkeeper Olivia Sherwood saved both shots she faced.  Baltazar (0-1-0) recorded six saves in her CCNY debut.

Up next for CCNY is the home opener at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.  The Beavers will take on Old Westbury (0-1-0) at Randall's Island Field 10.
