New York, NY - The City College of New York women's basketball team dropped a tough matchup at home Friday evening, falling to Medgar Evers College, 56-43. The Beavers fall to 1-3 overall.
Junior
Kasia Morrison led the Beavers with a team-high 17 points, along with five steals, two assists, and two rebounds. Sophomore
Anna Vikatos finished with eight points, 11 rebounds, eight blocks, and four steals. Junior
Anais Rosa posted eight points, five rebounds, two assists, and three rebounds.
Sophomore
Joscelyn Ramos chipped in six points, four rebounds, six assists, and three steals. Freshman
Ashley Colon had three points, two rebounds, and a block, while sophomore
Eyoni Mayes tallied three rebounds.
The Beavers will look to bounce back on Tuesday, Dec. 5, when they travel to take on Yeshiva University at 7:30 p.m.
