CCNY Men's Basketball Takes Down Lehman at Home, 63-61

New York, NY - The City College of New York men's basketball team earned their third straight victory, defeating Lehman College, 63-61, at the Nat Holman Gymnasium Tuesday evening.

The Beavers improve to 12-7 overall and 5-3 in CUNY Athletic Conference play.

Senior Yassine Sakhi led the Beavers, notching 20 points, three rebounds, and four assists. He is now only 11 points away from becoming the program's All-Time Leading Scorer.

Junior Jordan Willams finished his third straight game scoring in double figures, ending with 16 points, including four three-pointers. Sophomore Justin Morety made his season debut for the Beavers, tallying 13 points and five rebounds in 22 minutes of action. Junior Edward Beqiri added seven points, nine rebounds, two assists, two blocks, and two steals.

Sophomore Ricardo Dixon posted a game-high 14 rebounds, along with two points, two assists, two blocks, and a pair of steals. Junior Elijah Patterson had six rebounds. 

Next, the CCNY men's basketball program travels to take on Barcuh College on Friday, Jan. 26, at 7:30 p.m.
