2019 CUNYAC All-Star (Cross Country)

2019-20 Indoor: Ran the 5000 meters in 17:04.99 at the Ramapo Season Opener on Jan. 17...Had a season-best time of 9:50.59 in the 3000 meters at the Monmouth Winter Invitational on Feb. 15...Placed fourth in the 5000 (17:30.05) while also picking up a silver medal as a part of the distance medley relay squad at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on March 1.

2019 Cross Country: Had a season-best 8000-meter time of 28:53.2 at the Highlander XC Challenge on Oct. 5...Placed 10th individually at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 27, completing the 8000-meter course in 30:57.9...Posted a time of 29:21.1 for 8000 meters at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships on Nov. 16.

2018-19 Indoor: Notched a season-best time of 5:00.79 in the mile at the Ramapo Season Opener on Jan. 11...Ran on CCNY’s distance medley relay team that placed fourth at the Collegeville Classic on Jan. 19.

2018 Cross Country: Made CCNY debut at the Baruch Invitational on Sept. 9, running 8000 meters in 32:52.7 to place 14th overall...Captured 17th place at the York Invitational on Sept. 23, completing the 4.97-mile course in 32:15.5...Finished 22nd at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 28, posting a time of 32:09.5 for 8000 meters.
