2019-20 Indoor: Ran the 500 meters at the Lions Indoor Invitational on Jan. 11, finishing 14th with a time of 1:25.68...Had a season-best clocking of 2:24.95 over 800 meters at the NYC Division III Invitational on Jan. 31.

2019 Cross Country: Recorded a season-best 8000-meter time of 32:14.4 at the Highlander XC Challenge on Oct. 5...Placed 36th overall at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 27, completing the 8000-meter course in 34:49.8.

2019 Outdoor: Posted a time of 40:29.94 to place ninth in the 10,000 meters at the Widener Invitational on April 19...Finished 10th in the 5000 meters with a 19:34.72 clocking at the Peacocks and Brick City Classic on April 28...Took 10th in the 10,000 (41:34.55) at the CUNYAC Outdoor Championships on May 12.

2018-19 Indoor: Registered a 5:39.36 clocking in the mile at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 8...Notched a season-best mile time of 5:29.51 at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 9.

2018 Cross Country: Made CCNY debut at the Baruch Invitational on Sept. 9, capturing 27th place with an 8000-meter time of 35:02.8...Placed 44th overall at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 28, completing the 8000-meter course in 35:30.3...Ran 8000 meters in 35:40.7 at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals on Nov. 10.
