2019-20 Indoor: Participated in one meet, running the 4x400 meter relay at the Wagner College Invitational on Jan. 3.

2019 Cross Country: Had a season-best 5000-meter time of 24:53.0 at the Golden Eagle Invitational on Oct. 12...Placed 23rd overall at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 27, completing the 6000-meter course in 32:27.2.

2019 Outdoor: Took first in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a 15:38.89 clocking at the Coach O Invitational on April 14...Posted a time of 24:43.54, which was good for ninth place in the 5000 meters at the Tom Farrell Classic on May 4...Finished fourth in the steeplechase (14:28.09) at the CUNYAC Outdoor Championships on May 12.

2018-19 Indoor: Recorded a season-best time of 13:20.11 in the 3000 meters at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 9...Captured third place in the distance medley relay and sixth in the 3000 (13:59.36) at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24.

2018 Cross Country: Made CCNY debut at the Highlander XC Challenge on Oct. 6, notching a time of 24:42.0 for 5000 meters...Had a season-best time of 30:49.4 over 6000 meters at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle on Oct. 13.
