2019-20 Indoor: Notched a second-place time of 1:21.99 in the 600 meters at the TCNJ Indoor Opener on Dec. 7...Placed ninth in the 800 meters with a 1:59.08 clocking at the Lions Indoor Invitational on Jan. 11...Secured seventh place in the 800 (2:03.76) at the Princeton Indoor Invitational on Feb. 23...Won third straight conference title in the 800 (2:01.41), while also taking second in the 400 meters (50.63) and third in the 4x400 meter relay at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on March 1...Ran the 800 at the ECAC Indoor Championships on March 7, finishing fourth in 2:09.78.

2019 Cross Country: Ran 4.97 miles in 32:05.2, good for 11th place at the York Invitational on Sept. 22...Had a season-best 8000-meter clocking of 28:42.9 at the Highlander XC Challenge on Oct. 5...Finished eighth at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 27, notching a time of 30:56.7 for 8000 meters.

2019 Outdoor: Registered a season-best 50.51-second clocking in the 400 meters at the Monmouth Season Opener on March 30...Took fourth in the 800 meters (1:57.13) and ninth in the 400 (50.97) at the TCNJ Invitational on April 6...Placed first in the 800 (1:57.41) at the Coach O Invitational on April 14...Posted a career-best time of 1:56.21 in the 800 at the Widener Invitational on April 20...Ran on CCNY’s 4x800 meter relay squad at the Penn Relays on April 26...Finished first in the 400 (51.26) and fourth in the 800 (2:09.22) at the CUNYAC Outdoor Championships on May 12.

2018-19 Indoor: Took third in the 1000 meters (2:41.68) at the Yale Season Opener on Dec. 8...Ran the 800 meters in 2:00.93 to secure fourth place overall at the Ramapo Season Opener on Jan. 11...Had a season-best time of 23.61 seconds in the 200 meters at the NYC DIII Invitational on Feb. 1...Finished second in both the 800 (1:59.28) and 4x400 meter relay at the Giegengack Invitational on Feb. 9...Won the gold medal in the 800 (2:01.23) to go along with a silver in the 4x400 relay and a fourth-place showing in the 400 meters (51.17) at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24...Earned the bronze medal in the 1000 (2:35.41) at the ECAC Indoor Championships on March 2.

2018 Outdoor: Named CUNYAC Rookie of the Week after posting times of 23.69 seconds in the 200 meters and 51.52 seconds in the 400 meters at the Ramapo College Invitational on March 31...Placed third in the 800 meters (2:00.20) at the TCNJ Invitational on April 7...Took second overall in the 800 (1:59.49) at the Coach O Invitational on April 22...Competed in three different events (4x100, 4x400, 4x800) at the Penn Relays (April 26-28)...Earned a pair of gold medals in the 800 (2:03.04) and 4x400 relay to go along with a silver medal in the 4x100 relay and a fourth-place showing in the 400 at the CUNYAC Outdoor Championships on May 13...Captured fifth place in the 800 (1:57.35) at the ECAC Outdoor Championships on May 16.

2017-18 Indoor: Made CCNY debut at the Wagner Invitational on Jan. 5, notching a 2:00.54 clocking in the 800 meters...Finished fourth in the 1000 meters (2:40.59) at the Yale Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 13...Earned CUNYAC Rookie of the Week honors after placing second in the 800 (1:58.43) at the Ramapo College Season Opener on Jan. 19...Captured 10th place in the 800 (2:02.85) at the Princeton Indoor Invitational on Feb. 17...Took first in the 800 (2:02.33) and fourth in the 400 meters (52.15) while adding a silver medal in the 4x400 meter relay at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25...Qualified for the ECAC Indoor Championships (March 3) in the 800, ending up ninth overall with a season-best time of 1:58.21.
