2019-20 Indoor: Competed in six different events (800 meters, mile, 3000 meters, distance medley relay, shot put, weight throw) over the course of the season...Took fifth in both the 3000 (15:45.54) and weight throw (28’5) to go along with a sixth-place showing in the shot put (27’11) at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on March 1.
2019 Cross Country: Opened the season by posting a time of 26:12.5 over 4400 meters at the Baruch Invitational on Sept. 8...Had a season-best 5000-meter clocking of 26:02.5 at the Golden Eagle Invitational on Oct. 12...Finished 30th overall at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 27, running 6000 meters in 34:07.6.
2019 Outdoor: Took fifth in the shot put (24’3½) while also finishing sixth in the 3000 meters (15:34.56) and discus (57’1) at the Coach O Invitational on April 14...Posted a season-best time of 25:55.91 in the 5000 meters at the Peacocks and Brick City Classic on April 28, which was good for sixth place...Placed fifth in the 10,000 meters (53:10.63) to go along with an eighth-place effort in the discus (56’3) and a ninth-place showing in the shot put (26’1¾) at the CUNYAC Outdoor Championships on May 12...Ran the 5000 at the ECAC Outdoor Championships on May 16, placing seventh in 26:02.66.
2018-19 Indoor: Registered a season-best time of 15:40.66 in the 3000 meters at the Collegeville Classic on Jan. 19...Had a seventh-place clocking of 15:29.37 in the 3000 while also securing ninth place in the shot put with a mark of 25’1¾ at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24.
2018 Cross Country: Placed 25th at the season-opening Baruch Invitational on Sept. 9, running 6000 meters in 34:25.8...Had a 6000-meter time of 33:37.8, good for 28th place at the CSI Invitational on Sept. 30...Ended up 50th overall at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 28, completing the 6000-meter course in 35:03.5...Posted a time of 35:50.3 over 6000 meters at the NCAA Atlantic Regionals on Nov. 10.
2018 Outdoor: Finished third in the 5000 meters (27:52.97) at the Coach O Invitational on April 22...Took fifth place in the 5000 (27:24.58) and added a sixth-place showing in the discus (58’11) at the Brick City Classic on April 29...Scored points in three different events at the CUNYAC Outdoor Championships on May 13, placing fourth in the shot put (26’5¾), sixth in the discus (60’2) and eighth in the 5000 (26:24.57).
2017-18 Indoor: Had a season-best time of 35.54 seconds in the 200 meters at the Princeton Invitational on Feb. 16...Ran on the distance medley relay squad that placed fourth at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25.
2017 Cross Country: Made CCNY debut with a 21st-place finish at the Baruch Invitational on Sept. 10, completing the 6000-meter course in 36:01.1...Posted a season-best 6000-meter time of 32:50.0 at the Inter-Regional Border Battle on Oct. 14...Ran 6000 meters in 36:44.8 to place 49th overall at the CUNYAC Championships on Nov. 12.
