2019 Cross Country: Placed 22nd overall at the season-opening Baruch Invitational on Sept. 8, recording a time of 23:29.5 for 4400 meters...Notched a season-best 5000-meter time of 24:00.9 at the Golden Eagle Invitational on Oct. 12...Finished 26th at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 27, running 6000 meters in 32:59.0.
2018-19 Indoor: Had a mark of 22’7¾ in the shot put at the Collegeville Classic on Jan. 19...Took fifth in the weight throw (28’10½) while also running on the distance medley relay squad that placed third and posting a season-best time of 3:02.92 in the 800 meters at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24.
2018 Cross Country: Opened the season with a ninth-place showing at the Baruch Invitational on Sept. 9, notching a 30:27.6 clocking over 6000 meters...Finished 10th at the CSI Invitational on Sept. 30, running 6000 meters in 27:32.1...Placed 16th overall after completing the 6000-meter course in 28:43.7 at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 28.
2017 Cross Country: Made CCNY debut at the DeSales Invitational on Oct. 7...Posted a season-best time of 27:23.2 over 6000 meters at the Inter-Regional Border Battle on Oct. 14...Registered a 6000-meter clocking of 29:02.1 at the CUNYAC Championships on Nov. 12, good for 18th place.
