2019-20 Indoor: Four-time CUNYAC Field Performer of the Week...Cracked 11 meters in the triple jump at the Wagner College Invitational on Jan. 3, placing third with a mark of 36’1½ (11.01 m)...Finished second in the triple jump (35’7¼) and third in the high jump (4’11) at the Ramapo Indoor Opener on Jan. 17...Got out to a second-place distance of 36’1½ in the triple jump at the NYC DIII Invitational on Jan. 31...Had a season-best leap of 36’4¼ in the triple jump, good for second place, at the Monmouth Winter Invitational on Feb. 15...Grabbed second place in the 60 meter hurdles (10.07) and triple jump (35’3¾) at the Princeton Indoor Invitational on Feb. 23...Won six medals--two gold (triple jump: 34’5¾, high jump: 4’9¾), one silver (4x400 meter relay), three bronze (long jump: 15’11½, 60 hurdles: 9.73, 400 meters: 1:03.42)--at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on March 1...Took third in the triple jump (35’6¾) and fifth in the high jump (4’11) at the ECAC Indoor Championships on March 7.

2018 Cross Country: Participated in five meets...Finished 50th with a time of 34:32.9 at the York Invitational on Sept. 23...Posted a season-best 5000-meter clocking of 30:10.0 at the Highlander Challenge on Oct. 6.

2018 Outdoor: Captured CUNYAC Performer of the Week honors in both track (April 10) and field (April 24)....Posted a time of 1:08.77, which was good for third place in the 400 meter hurdles at the TCNJ Invitational on April 7...Took first in the 100 meter hurdles (17.65), 400 hurdles (1:09.21) and high jump (4’7) to go along with a second-place showing in the long jump (16’3¾) and third-place marks in both the triple jump (34’5) and javelin (61’10) at the Coach O Invitational on April 22...Placed second in the high jump (4’9) at the Tom Farrell Classic on May 5...Competed in seven events at the CUNYAC Outdoor Championships May 13, finishing no lower than fourth...Won gold medals in the 100 hurdles (17.26) and 400 hurdles (1:10.90); silver in the triple jump (33’6); and bronze in the javelin (77’2), long jump (15’2¾) and 4x400 meter relay...Qualified for the ECAC Outdoor Championships (May 16) in five different events (100 hurdles, 400 hurdles, high jump, long jump, triple jump), taking fourth in the triple jump with a mark of 36’11.

2017-18 Indoor: Took sixth in the 400 meters (1:06.30) and ninth in the long jump (14’11½) at the Yale Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 13...Ran on the Beavers’ 4x400 meter relay team that placed second at the Frank Colden Invitational on Feb. 3...Secured fifth place in the triple jump with a mark of 32’5¾ at the Princeton Invitational on Feb. 17...Won a silver medal in the 4x400 relay to go along with a bronze in the 60 meter hurdles (10.29) and a fifth-place showing in the 400 (1:04.41) at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25.

2017 Outdoor: Earned CUNYAC Rookie of the Week honors on March 28 after placing third in the high jump (5’0¼), seventh in the 400 meter hurdles (1:10.18) and ninth in the triple jump (32’11¼) at the season-opening Golden Ram Invitational on March 25...Finished sixth in the 400 hurdles (1:12.26) at the Ramapo Invitational on March 31...Cleared 4’11 in the high jump, good for fourth place, at the TCNJ Invitational on April 8...Secured fourth place in the triple jump with a leap of 33’3¾ at the All-American Invitational on April 22...Took first in the 400 hurdles (1:08.90), second in the 100 hurdles (18.10) and high jump (4’8¾), and fourth in the triple jump (33’2) and javelin (70’4) at the CUNYAC Outdoor Championships on May 14.

2016-17 Indoor: Named CUNYAC Rookie of the Week on Jan. 31 after taking fourth in the high jump (4’9¾) and seventh in the long jump (14’3¾) at the Villanova Open (Jan. 27)...Finished fourth in the high jump (4’11) at the Artie O’Connor Invitational on Feb. 17...Earned bronze medals in the high jump (4’7¾) and 4x400 meter relay while also placing fifth in the long jump (14’6½) and triple jump (33’10¼) at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 26.

2016 Cross Country: Finished 24th at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 30, completing the 6000-meter course in 30:21.9...Notched a season-best 6000-meter time of 28:52.3 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships on Nov. 12.
