2019-20 Indoor: Had a season-best time of 8.96 seconds in the 60 meters at the Wagner College Invitational on Jan. 3...Won a silver medal in the 4x400 meter relay and a bronze in the distance medley relay at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on March 1.

2019 Cross Country: Posted a season-best 5000-meter time of 27:08.7 at the Golden Eagle Invitational on Oct. 12...Finished 44th overall at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 27, running 6000 meters in 36:55.9.

2019 Outdoor: Took second in the 3000 meter steeplechase and third in the 400 meter hurdles at the Coach O Invitational on April 14...Ran on CCNY’s 4x400 meter relay squad at the Penn Relays on April 25...Placed sixth in the 400 hurdles (1:23.74) at the CUNYAC Outdoor Championships on May 12.

2018-19 Indoor: Finished ninth in the 1000 meters at the Ramapo College Season Opener on Jan. 11...Earned a bronze medal as a part of the distance medley relay squad, while also running on the 4x400 meter relay team that took fourth at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24.

2018 Cross Country: Opened the season with a 33rd-place showing at the Baruch Invitational on Sept. 9, notching a time of 39:07.5 for 6000 meters...Recorded a season-best 6000-meter time of 33:31.4 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle on Oct. 13...Ran 6000 meters in 34:37.9 at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 28, good enough for 47th place.

2018 Outdoor: Registered a season-best clocking of 2:55.52 in the 800 meters at the Coach O Invitational on April 22...Placed sixth in the 400 meter hurdles (1:22.36) at the Brick City Classic on April 29...Won the gold medal in the 3000 meter steeplechase (17:39.68) at the CUNYAC Outdoor Championships on May 13.

2017-18 Indoor: Notched season-best times of 9.49 seconds in the 60 meters and 32.29 seconds in the 200 meters at the Princeton Indoor Invitational on Feb. 17...Captured fourth place as a part of the Beavers’ distance medley relay squad at the CUNYAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 25.

2017 Cross Country: Made CCNY debut at the Baruch College Invitational on Sept. 10, completing the 6000-meter course in 36:03.3...Had a season-best 6000-meter clocking of 33:38.7 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle on Oct. 14...Secured 50th place at the CUNYAC Championships on Oct. 29, running 6000 meters in 36:46.4.
