Sophomore Ashley Beaver had another dominating day at the Molloy Invitational, throwing for a school record mark of 16.10 meters in the weight throw to take first place in the event. Not only does this distance rank first in the CUNYAC and qualify for the ECAC Championships, it ranks 22nd in the country. Beaver also threw for a distance of 11.60 meters in the shot put, coming in second at the Molloy meet.
