City College of New York men's soccer team fell 4-0 to conference opponent Lehman on Saturday. 

The Beavers came into the match looking for another conference victory. Both teams fought hard for the advantage, but Lehman struck first with a sharp angle off a pass. Being down 1-0, CCNY fought hard for a victory. The Lightning put up another goal during the first half to maintain a 2-0 advantage. Both teams continued their quest for a conference victory. Lehman went into the half up 3-0 over the Beavers.

Knowing they had ground to cover, the Beavers looked for opportunities to score. However, Lehman scored one more time in the second half to give themselves a 4-0 lead. Continuing the fight for the full 90 minutes, City was unable to take momentum away from the Lightning as they took the match 4-0.

CCNY put up 18 shots, but only four went on goal and Lehman goalkeeper, NAME, put up four big saves to seal Lehman's victory. Maxwell Berkow had four saves. Stephanos Hondrakis put up two of the shots on goal, Kenan Redzematovic and Augustine Amissah both added one shot on goal.

The Beavers will continue their conference slate with opponent John Jay on Saturday, October 17 at 1 p.m. The match will take place on Randall's Island Field #70.
