New Rochelle, N.Y. - The City College Women's Basketball team defeated the College of New Rochelle 77-68 on Sunday. Three Beavers finished the game in double figures.

Erika Richards had a huge offensive game totaling 29 points and nabbed three steals. Alexis Akridge recorded a double-double with 13-points, 10 rebounds and four steals. Elizabeth Zullo ended the game with 10-points, four rebounds and three assists. Marissa Olsen came off the bench to add nine points, six boards, three assists and two blocks.

The Beavers trailed New Rochelle at halftime 31-26. In the second half CCNY would out score the Blue Angels 51-37 to win with a final score of 77-68

The City College Women's Basketball team is now 2-3 overall. Their next game will be on the road in a conference game against The College of Staten Island on Tuesday, December 6th, at 5:30PM.
