Staten Island, NY – The CCNY women's basketball team dropped a Saturday afternoon conference tilt against the College of Staten Island, 66-48.
Junior
Ashley Brooks scored a team-high 13 points, along with seven rebounds, three blocks, and two steals. Junior
Corina Coles recorded eight points and a pair of blocks. Freshmen
Madison LaSalle and
Crystal Blair each netted eight points, while Blair ended with six rebounds.
The Beavers now stand at 4-4 overall, and 1-2 in league play.
CCNY will play next following the Christmas break against Yeshiva University on Wednesday, Dec. 27. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 PM.
