New York, NY – The City College of New York men's basketball team dropped a Tuesday night showdown against conference rival Baruch College at the Nat Holman Gymnasium, 72-54.

Salvatore Palazzolo posted a season-high 14 points and eight rebounds, knocking down three-of-four from beyond the arc. Junior

Baruch was led by two players scoring in double-figures. Bryler Paige had a game-high 18 points and William Sixsmith added 16 points,
The Bearcats outshot CCNY 48.0% - 36.2% from the field in the game and held a 13-21 advantage in the turnover margin.
CCNY plays its final contest of its three-game conference swing on Saturday, Dec. 9 at the College of Staten Island, in a rematch of last year's conference championship game. Tip-off is scheduled for 3 p.m.
