New York, NY - The No. 6 seeded CCNY women's volleyball team fell to the No. 3 seed John Jay College Bloodhounds in straight sets Tuesday evening in the quarterfinal round of the CUNYAC Championship Tournament.

John Jay narrowly defeated CCNY in the first two sets 25-20 and 25-23, before taking the third set 25-9.

Kayla Oge led the Beavers with seven kills and three blocks, while Nadia Campoverde added five kills. Nicole Polanco threw down four kills and collected nine digs. Dzeneta Harambasic handed out 16 assists, while Rachel Ramirez picked up two blocks and Oanh Han finished seven digs.

CCNY ends the season with a 9-14 (3-5 CUNYAC) record.
