Brooklyn, NY – The CCNY women's basketball fell to Brooklyn College, 91-24, on the road in CUNY Athletic Conference action on Wednesday night.
The Beavers drop to 0-7 (0-4 CUNYAC) with the loss on the season.
Sophomore Monae Laing led the Beavers with her second straight double-double performance, posting 12 points and 12 rebounds. Freshman Theresa Luna netted a season-high seven points, along with four rebounds. Freshman Fatoumata Nantoume chipped in five points, six rebounds, and two assists. Freshman Leondra Craig dished out a season-high four assists, while freshman Amelia Ridenour grabbed a season-high three rebounds.
The Beavers resume play on Friday, Jan. 21, traveling across town to take on the Hawks of Hunter College at 5:00 p.m.
