New York, NY - The CCNY men's soccer team dropped a CUNY Athletic Conference matchup at home Wednesday evening, falling to Lehman College, 4-0. The loss drops the Beavers to 2-7-1 overall and 2-4 in league play.
Lehman netted an even set of goals in each half, led by Phillip Osei two goals in the second half. Butrious Baah and Mubarak Ouro each scored a goal for the Lightning in the opening half.
Sophomore Peter Gjini led the Beavers with two shots on goal in the match. Freshman Carlos Garcia started in goal for Beavers, making two saves in the loss, while sophomore Mikhael Torres came in for the second half, recording five stops.
Next, CCNY takes on York College on Saturday, Oct. 22.
