New York, NY - The CCNY women's volleyball team fell in straight sets to Wilkes University, 3-0 (16-25, 16-25, 23-25), on Monday night at the Nat Holman Gymnasium. With the loss, the Beavers drop to 9-3 on the season.
Sophomore
Bianka Catral led the Beavers with eight kills, 13 digs, and three aces. Freshman
Aubrey Jones finished with 18 assists, four digs, and three aces. Sophomore
Arianna Rivas contributed seven kills, along with six digs.

Viviana Alatorre added a match-high 16 digs, while senior
Nadia Campoverde had 12 digs and two kills. Sophomore
Serena Warner tallied four blocks and a pair of kills, while rookie
Nila Tom had two kills and a pair of blocks.
The Beavers return to the conference play this weekend, taking on Hunter College and John Jay College in a CUNYAC Tri-match hosted by the Hawks on Saturday, Oct. 8.
