Brooklyn, NY - The City College of New York men's volleyball team bounced back from a three-game skid with a sweep (20-25, 20-25, 23-25) against Brooklyn College on Thursday night.
The Beavers improve to 6-4 overall and 2-3 in CUNY Athletic Conference play.
Xhulio Myftari led CCNY with 15 kills and a .440 attack percentage, along with three blocks and two digs. Freshman Jeffery Celis totaled 22 assists and three digs. Freshman
Utpal Chand finished with five kills, four digs, and two aces. Freshmen
Tenzin Tsepak and
Mohamed Elshary tallied three kills each, while
Reng Chen and
Rahul Sharma collected five digs apiece.
The Beavers return to Nat Holman Gymnasium on Saturday, Mar. 12, hosting York College.
