Flushing, NY - For the second straight week, CCNY's Habibu Gado was named the CUNY Athlete Conference Men's Track Athlete of the Week.

Gado had a strong showing at the Ramapo College Season Opener. He placed eighth in the 60-meter dash (7.34), the top senior college time in the conference. Gado also produced the top senior college performance in the 200-meter dash (23.19), while leading CCNY to the top time in the 4x400m relay among the conference (3:44.33).

Next, the CCNY Track & Field program competes at the Monmouth University Winter Collegiate Invitational on Jan. 28-29.
