CCNY Women's Volleyball Falls in Three Sets at Sarah Lawrence

Bronxville, NY - The City College of New York women's volleyball team dropped a three-set non-conference match on Saturday to Sarah Lawrence College, 3-0.

The loss drops the Beavers to 2-11 overall. 

Senior Bianka Catral paced the Beavers with eight kills and ten digs. Freshman Ivanna Zamora Sanchez tallied four kills, five digs, and two aces. Senior Viviana Alatorre recorded ten assists and eight digs in the match. 

Sophomore Rosalynda Russo had 11 digs, while junior Serena Warner finished with two solo blocks and kills. Freshman Valerie Rahme had three digs.

Next, the Beavers take on John Jay College at home on Tuesday, Oct. 22, at 7:00 p.m. at the Nat Holman Gymnasium.
