Purchase, NY – The City College of New York women's soccer team earned a hard-fought 0–0 draw against Purchase College in non-conference action on Saturday.

The Beavers outshot the Panthers 13–17, with seven shots on goal apiece. Sophomore forward Husna Khan led CCNY's attack with six shots, including three on target, while defender junior Lennon Leithauser (#10) contributed three shots, two on goal, and midfielders Litsi Auquilla and Sara Rodriguez each added a shot on goal.

Senior goalkeeper Laila Issa recorded seven saves, anchoring a disciplined defensive performance that limited Purchase to 4 corner kicks and numerous stopped scoring chances. CCNY's defensive unit, including Vania Bawla, Larisa Hodzic, and Marjorie Placencia, maintained consistent pressure throughout the match.

Next, the Beavers will host York College on Wednesday, Oct. 15, at 4:00 pm.
