New York, NY – The City College of New York Department of Athletics has announced a new partnership with HUDL, a global leader in sports performance analysis and live-streaming technology, to enhance the viewing and analytical experience for CCNY Athletics. The multi-year agreement begins with the 2025–26 season and will transform how CCNY fans watch games and how coaches and student-athletes prepare for competition.
Through this partnership, CCNY athletic events will now have a centralized destination for fans to enjoy live and on-demand coverage of Beaver Athletics. In addition, CCNY coaches will have access to HUDL's industry-leading tools for film analysis, scouting, and recruiting.
As part of the agreement, HUDL auto-tracking cameras will be installed in the Nat Holman Gymnasium—home to CCNY basketball and volleyball—while portable cameras will be used for outdoor competitions in baseball and soccer. These cameras automatically follow the action without the need for a cameraperson, delivering high-quality, consistent coverage with professional-level production. All game footage will be archived, enabling CCNY coaches and student-athletes to review performances, analyze data, and apply advanced insights to player development and game preparation.
"This partnership with HUDL marks a major step forward for CCNY Athletics," said Sebastian Bush, Assistant Director for Athletics for External Relations. "It not only elevates the fan experience but also reflects our continued investment in innovation—empowering our coaches and student-athletes with the tools and insights they need to perform at their highest level."
HUDL works with over 230,000 teams and more than 11,000 collegiate and professional organizations worldwide, offering innovative platforms for live streaming, analytics, and recruiting.
CCNY will also utilize Production Truck, a broadcast-quality software developed by BlueFrame Technology (now operated by HUDL), to enhance the overall viewing and production experience for Beaver fans.
Every CCNY program will benefit from HUDL's statistical analysis and recruiting platform, giving coaches access to comprehensive highlight reels, advanced performance breakdowns, and data on prospective student-athletes.
This partnership underscores CCNY Athletics' commitment to innovation, student-athlete development, and strengthening its connection with the Beaver community both on campus and beyond.
