The City College of New York men's soccer team faces Hunter on Wednesday, October 28 in the quarterfinals of the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) tournament. The match will be held at Aviator Field in Brooklyn, New York.

City (8-7-0, 5-3-0 CUNYAC) enters the match riding a three game winning streak. The Beavers scratched out a 1-0 victory over the Hawks from a second half goal by Luis Castillo.

The winner of the match will advance to the semifinals which will take place on Saturday, October 31. The finals will be held on November 7. Both the semifinals and finals will be held at Brooklyn College.

The rest of the field consists of Baruch, Brooklyn, John Jay, Medgar Evers, Lehman, and the number one seed College of Staten Island. Baruch is the three time defending champions.

The winner of the conference tournament will advance to the NCAA Tournament beginning in mid-November.
