New York, NY - The City College volleyball team dropped a  a four-set match to Albertus Magnus Tuesday night at Nat Holman Gymnasium. The beavers took the first match 25-21 and loss the next three 25-22, 25-16, 25-19.

Senior Brigitte Bozar had nine aces, six kills and two assist. Juinor Camila Franco-Diaz also posted six kills and picked up a solo block. Irishvarha Lyyadura had a team-high 14 digs and added a kill.  Junior Tenaya Hawkins seven assist, six digs, five kills and two aces. Lesly Polanco added six digs and Veralucia Quispe had four aces.

Albertus was led by 10 kills from Amber Cohens. Mariells Murel had 26 assists and 15 digs in the win.

The Beavers closeout their home schedule Thursday against New Jersey City University on Senior Night at the Nat Holman Gymnasium. CCNY will honor Brigitte Bozar, Veralucia Quispe and third-year performer Angela Ubanwa who is on pace to graduate early.
