New York, NY - A complete team effort led the CCNY women's volleyball team to a four-set win over Purchase College Tuesday evening at the Nat Holman Gymnasium. Four Beavers registered eight or more kills in the win.
Junior
Nicole Polanco posted a season-high 19 digs, nine kills, and four aces. Freshman
Nadia Campoverde had nine kills and five digs for 11 points.
Sophomore
Rachel Ramirez collected eight kills, two aces, and two blocks while recording six digs. Sophomore
Kayla Oge recorded nine kills while hitting .364 for the match and had two blocks in the win.
Sophomore setter
Dzeneta Harambasic finished the match with her seventh double-digit assist output of the season, with a match-high 26. She also had a key block and kill late in the match to aid the Beavers to the victory.
The Beavers return to competition on Thursday at home with a conference matchup against the Cougars of Medgar Evers College at 7:00 p.m.
