New Rochelle, N.Y. - The City College of New York men's basketball team dropped a non-conference road contest on Friday to the College of New Rochelle, 95-78.
Heading into halftime, CCNY trailed New Rochelle by three-points, 41-38. But a 14-point scoring margin in the second half aided the Blue Angels to a 95-78 victory over the Beavers.

Daniel Piszczatowki picked up seven points, five rebounds, and two steals off the bench.
Hunter Schenkel led the New Rochelle with a game-high 40 points and seven rebounds. Jaylin Gray and Malcolm Hansford each had 11 points apiece, while Elijah Harris and Glen O'Loughlin both scored 10 points.
The Beavers return back to conference action on Wednesday, Jan. 29, when they travel to John Jay College.
