West Harrison, NY - The CCNY baseball program continued their conference series against Baruch College on Monday, dominating the Bearcats in game one, 20-3. The second game of the scheduled doubleheader was suspended due to inclement weather.
Game One: CCNY 20, Baruch 3
CCNY outhit the Bearcats, 22-5, tallying a new game-high. Six Beavers had multiple hits in the contest.
Senior
Rob Mandich was red hot at the plate. The West Babylon, NY native led the team with four hits, three home runs, 10 RBI, and three runs scored.
Junior
Cooper York matched Mandich with four hits, along with four runs scored, a pair of RBI, and two stolen bases. Freshman
Ethan Angress went four-for-five at the plate, driving in two RBI and scored three runs of his own.

Sean Riera each had three hits in the game while junior
Stephen Peters collected a pair of hits.
Jeremy Abreu recorded a hit, two RBI, and a run scored while
Chris Moreno tallied a hit and an RBI.
Freshman right-handed pitcher
Peter Komaroski earned the win for the Lavender & Black, tossing a complete seven innings.
Game Two: CCNY 0, Baruch 0
Due to unfavorable weather, play of game two was suspended in bottom of the second inning.
The game will resume tomorrow afternoon at Silver Lake Park in West Harrison, NY with a noon start time.
