Men's Lacrosse Falls to NYU in Regular-Season Finale

New York, NY - The City College of New York men's lacrosse team dropped their final regular-season game on Sunday afternoon, falling to New York University, 9-1

NYU took an early 3-0 lead, netting three straight goals to start the contest. 

CCNY got on the boards late in the first quarter when freshman Eric Giannaris found the back of the net off a helper from Delorian Millien.

The Violets closed out the game by scoring six unanswered goals to secure a 9-1 victory.

In goal, Maximus Czernisz had a career outing, making 19 saves in goal for the Beavers.

Next, the CCNY lacrosse program concludes the season on Saturday, May 14, hosting their 2022 Alumni Game at noon at Randall's Island - Field 10.
