New York, NY - The City College of New York men's volleyball program is set for postseason competition as the team will host a First Round match of the 2023 CUNY Athletic Conference Men's Volleyball Championship Tournament. The Beavers will welcome the No. 5 seeded Lehman College Lightning to the Nat Holman Gymnasium on Tuesday, April 11, at 6:00 p.m.

The Beavers enter the CUNYAC Championship Tournament as the No. 4 seed after finishing the regular season with a 13-6 overall record and an 8-6 mark in league play. Lehman is the No. 5 seed in the tournament, finishing the regular season 11-14 overall, with a 5-9 mark in conference play. 

CCNY swept Lehman in the regular season, defeating Lightning in straight sets in both meetings this season. Freshman Ricky Li has paced the Beavers in kills (152), while Jeffrey Celis leads the team in digs (159) and service aces (37).
