Riverdale, NY - The City College of New York women's cross country program competed on Sunday at the 2024 CUNY Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships at Van Cortlandt Park, collecting a fifth-place team finish.

Freshman Norma Flores led the Beavers with a ninth-place finish, running 28:52.3. Sophomore Isabelle Ashpole placed 21st overall, posting a time of 32:26.6. Sophomore Flor Dominguez added a 25th-place finish in a personal-best time of 33:08.4. Freshman Krystell Martinez followed in 26th place, clocking a personal-best time of 33:08.7.

Freshman Karuna Aikawa placed 30th overall, running a time of 33:19.7. Freshman Rondella Spooner ran a personal-best time of 39:22.7. Sophomore Maisha Islam ran a time of 40:05.0, while freshman Suada Hadzijic finished the course, marking a time of 48:53.0.
