Teaneck, NJ - The City College of New York women's fencing team competed on Sunday at the 2024 FDU Invitational, hosted by Fairleigh Dickinson University at the Bogota Savings Bank Center. The Beavers finished the day 1-5, defeating Yeshiva University in the seventh round.
Sophomore foilists Simona Isakova led the Beavers with ten bout victories, registering a 10-8 overall record on the day. She garnered her best performance in the final round against Yeshiva, going a perfect 3-0.
