Brooklyn, NY - The City College of New York men's volleyball team dropped a CUNY Athletic Conference match on the road Thursday evening, falling to Brooklyn College in straight sets.
With the loss, the Beavers fall to 5-8 overall and 2-5 in conference play.
The Beavers dropped the first set to the Bulldogs, 25-19. Both teas played a tight back-and-fourth match in the second frame, with the Bulldogs pulling out the set late, 26-24. Brooklyn secured the match with a 25-21 victory in the final set.

Antonio Oliveira-Nurse led the Beavers with six kills, three solo blocks, and two digs. Sophomore
Cristian Canela finished with five kills and two digs. Freshman
Brandon Green tallied four kills and eight digs.

Kyrylo Vysotskyy had 21 assists, seven digs, and three aces, while junior
Edwin Fierros Gaytan had 13 digs. Sophomore
Prabodh KC had four kills, two digs, and two aces, while Junior
Reng Chen posted three kills and nine digs.
Next, the Beavers travel to take on Medgar Evers College on Saturday, March 9, at 1:30 p.m.
