New York, NY — The City College of New York is proud to announce that 61 student-athletes have earned recognition on the City University of New York Athletic Conference (CUNYAC) 2024-25 Winter/Spring Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll, celebrating their commitment to academic excellence.
"We are incredibly proud of our scholar-athletes for their commitment to excellence both on the field and in the classroom," said Karina Jorge, Interim Director of Athletics. "Their ability to balance rigorous academic demands with athletic competition is a testament to their discipline, resilience, and passion. They truly embody the spirit of CCNY."
CUNYAC honored a total of 445 student-athletes across eight member institutions for the Spring 2025 semester. To qualify, student-athletes must compete in a varsity-level sport and maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
The honor roll includes participants from winter and spring championship sports such as men's and women's basketball, swimming, indoor and outdoor track & field, men's volleyball, baseball, and softball.
