The City College of New York women's fencing team defeated Hunter 16-11 and Lafayette 17-5 while they fell to Drew 17-10 and LIU Post 14.5-12.5.
Against Drew in the foil,
Klarissa Armada went on the defeat all Drew opponents.
Maria Candela fell on the first two strips but picked up a victory over Drew's Buckridge.
Armada continued her dominance against Hunter college and defeated all of her opponents. Candela fell in her three matches against the Hawks.
Lafayette was able to defeated CCNY. Armada picked up another victory but her and
Candela were unable to push the Beavers over Lafayette.
LIP Post picked up victories in the foil. Armada had victories on all three strips, but Candela could only pick up a victory n the second strip.
Up next for the Beavers is the Vassar Invitational on Sunday November 15.
