New York, NY - The City College of New York women's basketball dropped its CUNY Athletic Conference opener against John Jay College, 86-48, on the road Saturday afternoon.
The Beavers dropped to 2-4 on the year with the loss, while the Bloodhounds improved to 5-4.
Junior
Monae Laing finished the afternoon with 11 points and 16 rebounds for her fourth straight double-double. Freshman
Anna Vikatos posted a team-high 12 points and six rebounds. Sophomore
Leondra Craig added nine points, two rebounds, and a steal.

Kasia Morrison netted seven points, while freshman
Joscelyn Ramos had four points and two assists.
The Beavers are back in action on Monday, Dec. 10, on the road against Mount Saint Mary College.
