New York, NY - The City College of New York women's basketball team fell on the road Friday evening, 83-35, to Brooklyn College.
With the loss, the Beavers fall to 4-20 (2-11 CUNYAC) on the season, while the Bulldogs remain unbeaten in conference play at 16-7 (13-0 CUNYAC).
Sophomore Kasia Morrison led the Beavers with a team-high 14 points, three assists, and two steals. Freshman Joscelyn Ramos posted 10 points, five rebounds, and two assists. Junior Monae Laing finished with 10 points, 13 rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Sophomore Leondra Craig finished with 12 rebounds and two steals.
Next, the Beavers close out the regular season against Hunter College on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 5:00 p.m.
