New York, NY – The City College of New York women's basketball team fell at home in a CUNY Athletic Conference matchup against John Jay College, 84-31.
After the game, Head Coach Varrell Eddie and the CCNY Women's Basketball program honored the program's senior class members Noemy Santana, Fatoumata Nantoume, and Noor Emrech.
Sophomore Fatoumata Nantoume netted a season-high 11 points off the bench for the Beavers. Sophomore Monae Laing finished nine points, seven rebounds, and two assists. Freshman Kasia Morrison added eight points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Freshman Joscelyn Ramos tallied two points, five rebounds, and two assists.
Next, the Beavers host York College on Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 5 p.m.
