Camden, NJ - The City College of New York women's basketball team opened the New Year on Saturday afternoon on the road against Rutgers-Camden, falling to the Scarlet Raptors, 77-44.
Senior
Kasia Morrison led the Beavers with a team-high 11 points, three rebounds, and two steals. Junior
Joscelyn Ramos finished with 10 points, six rebounds, two assists, and a steal. Freshman

Amanda Fisher pulled down a career-high 10 rebounds, while freshman
Yazmin Loma Romero added four points, two rebounds, and two assists.
Sophomore
Ashley Colon came off the bench with seven points and three rebounds in 15 minutes of action, while freshman
Domenik Charles notched five points and five blocks.
Next, the Beavers return to CUNY Athletic Conference play, hosting Lehman College in the home opener at the Nat Holman Gymnasium on Wednesday, January 8, at 5:00 p.m.
