STORYLINE
CCNY enters Tuesday's contest looking for its second victory of the season against Lehman College in their first conference  contest. The Beavers opened the season with a 93-63 win over St. Joseph's College -LI on Nov. 19. In the teams second game at home aganist the College of Mount Saint Vincent on Nov. 21, the team fell to the Doplhins (91-63). The Lighting, meanwhile, are 1-2 on the young season with a win over Ferrum College (78-70) on Nov. 18 and two loses to Kean University (79-92) on Nov. 19 and Rowan University (107-89) over the weekend.

The City College Women's Basketball team suffered its first loss of the season on Monday, falling to the College of Mount Saint Vincent, 91-63. Three players scored in double figures.In the game, Erika Richards picked 26 points (on 10-17 shooting) 7 rebounds and 2 steals. Alexis Akridge came off the bench to score 10 points and grab 9 rebounds. Erica Redwood finished with 10 points and 5 rebounds.


LAST MEETING
The teams last played in last year CUNYAC Semifinals with Lehman coming away with a 84-79 victory. Senior Amely Del Rosario led the team with 29 points, ten rebounds, eight assists and four steals.


Scouting Lehman College
The Lehman College Women's Basketball team is coming off a second straight loss on Saturday afternoon to Rowan University. The Lighting lost 107-89, to fall to 1-2 on the season. Lehman player's Shakia Artist, Lynda Fields and Krystal Pearson added 16, 13 and 12 points respectively.
