Jamaica, NY – The CCNY women's basketball team fell on the road on Wednesday night, falling to the York College Cardinals in conference play, 55-38.
Following the loss, the Beavers stand at 0-14 on the season.
Sophomore Monae Laing finished the evening with a game-high 21 points, along with five rebounds and two assists. Freshman Fatoumata Nantoume finished with 12 points, seven rebounds, and three assists. Leondra Craig posted five points, six rebounds, and four assists, while Charlotte Foberg had seven rebounds and two assists, and Theresa Luna grabbed three rebounds and two assists.
The Beavers return to action on Friday, Jan. 11, with a conference matchup at home against Brooklyn College.
