New York, NY - The City College of New York women's basketball team fell at home on Friday evening, 78-33, to Brooklyn College at the Nat Holman Gymnasium.
With the loss, the Beavers fall to 0-15 (0-11 CUNYAC) on the season, while the Bulldogs remain unbeaten in conference play at 17-3 (11-0 CUNYAC).
Freshman
Leondra Craig led the Beavers with 10 points, three rebounds, and two assists. Freshman
Fatoumata Nantoume posted 10 points of her own, along with nine rebounds, three assists, and two steals. Sophomore
Monae Laing had seven rebounds and 10 rebounds.
Charlotte Foberg finished with five rebounds, four steals, and two points, while
Shanyah Lander added four points.
Next, the Beavers host Hunter College in their final home game of the season on Tuesday, Feb. 15 at 5:00 p.m.
