New York, NY - The City College of New York's women's soccer team has earned the No. 4 seed for the 2016 CUNYAC Soccer Championship and will face No. 1 seed Brooklyn College on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at 4:00 p.m. ET, at the Brooklyn College Soccer Field in Brooklyn, NY
Wednesday's match is the first semifinals contest scheduled. Should the Beavers win, they will face the winner of No. 2 College of Staten Island – No. 3 Lehman College on Saturday, Nov. 5, at 2:00 p.m. at Brooklyn College.
The Beavers and the Bulldogs met just four weeks ago, with Brooklyn earning a 3-0 victory on Oct. 8. CCNY improved to win six out of the their last seven games, without letting up a goal in five of those wins.
The winner of the CCNY/Brooklyn game will advance to the Championship game to play the winner of CSI/Lehman on Saturday, November 5th at Brooklyn College. The Championship game is slated to begin at 2:00pm
